• Chrome Local Storage: If you use the "Saved" feature to shortlist products, that data is stored locally in your browser's internal storage (chrome.storage.local). This data stays on your computer and is never uploaded to the cloud.
• File Exports: When you export to Excel, CSV, or JSON, the file is generated directly in your browser and saved to your local downloads folder using standard web technologies.

3. Permissions Use

The Extension requires only the following minimal permissions to function:

• activeTab: To read the content of the AliBaba page you are currently viewing so it can extract product details.
• storage: To allow you to save shortlisted products locally on your device.
• sidePanel: To provide a dedicated interface for viewing and managing your scraped data alongside the website.

4. Third-Party Websites

The Extension interacts with AliBaba.com. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of AliBaba.com. Please refer to AliBaba's own privacy policy regarding how they handle your data while you are browsing their site.

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Effective Date" at the top of this page. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.
